うにしぐれ Japanese Uni-shigure


This is "Uni-sigure"(sea urchin eggs that has been cooked in soy sauce and mirin)

*mirin is a sweet kind of sake.

It was given by my friend.

It's good with Japanese sake!

Sometimes we Japanese buy such seafoods as our souvenir.
(It has a long shelf life because it's processed.)
