うにしぐれ Japanese Uni-shigure

This is "Uni-sigure"(sea urchin eggs that has been cooked in soy sauce and mirin)

*mirin is a sweet kind of sake.

It was given by my friend.

It's good with Japanese sake!

Sometimes we Japanese buy such seafoods as our souvenir.

（It has a long shelf life because it's processed.）

ハンバーギュギュギュ hamburger

今週末は里帰りしてました。

田舎に帰ると、ご飯がどっさり、それはもう、どっさり出てきます。

これはもう、野球の高校球児に食べさせる量と、かわらないだろう。

という量がでてくる。

で、がっつり、ご飯を食べさせてもらいました。


里帰りから帰ってくると、たいてい、ヘルシーなものが食べたくなりますが、

ヘルシーなものを食べ続けると、こんどまた、

がっつりしたものが食べたくなる。（笑）

その繰り返しです。


上の写真は、先週作ったハンバーグ。

こんながっつりメニューが、そろそろ食べたくなってきたわけです。

I went back to my hometown last weekend.

I ate so so so so so much food.

My stomach was swelled like a balloon!

By the way, the upper photo is our last week's dinner,hamburger.

After returning our hometown,I always don't want to eat heavy food ,so I am used to eat healthy food.

But now,,

I want to eat heavy food such as hamburger!

Maybe I'm tired of healthy food.

Well,, What would I like to eat tonight?

数種類お弁当 と、”Break a leg!”I said today!

時々、美味しさと、見た目は、微妙に違うのではないか、、

と思ってしまうことがある。

たとえば、今日のお弁当。。

結構頑張りましたが、なんか、、いまいちじゃありません？？

ちなみに今日は、

・とんかつ
・春雨とパプリカのチャプチェ風
・はくさいetcの中華炒め
・大根のお漬物
・おまけ　で、　ソーセージ

なんとなく、
・たまごをご飯の上にかけてみた。

そんなこんなで、だんなさんからは、

「いろんな味があって楽しかった！」とコメントいただきましたが、

つめ方とかも、重要よね、お弁当。

I was upset,,because my picture wasn't good,I think.

...But! I don't care!

By the way, I want everyone around the world to listen,except Japan.

Do you use "Harusame"?

"Harusame" means　”Bean Vermicelli”or"Cellophane noodles".

If you haven't had it, I really recommend!

It's healthy!

Anyway,,

I want to talk to you about my job.

Finally I did my best for my job today!

(I had an important job today.)

After I came home from work, I had a relaxing time with alcohol.

Drinking a can of beer after work is good!

黒毛和牛の牛肉しぐれ煮 braised beef

今日は、昨日の牛肉のしぐれにをお弁当に。

ご飯の上にかけようかと思ったけど、

見た目は綺麗になるんだろうけれど、、

ご飯が、お汁を吸ってしまって、太っちゃうので、別々に持って行ってもらうことにしました。

ちなみに、

 これが、昨日の晩御飯の中の一品。


お肉は、贅沢にも、黒毛和牛。

いつ、なんどき食べても、柔らかく、おいしく、、、。

さすがでございます。。黒毛和牛様。。

Today's lunch(Japanese Bento)was braised beef with Japanese mushroom.

The beef is a kind of Japanese cow called "black-haired Japanese carabao".

The beef is so tasty!

Recently I set Japanese Bento using yesterday's dinner

because I am busy..

Tomorrow I'm going to explain our company's product in front of some people.

I'll do my best!

だんなさんの手作り弁当 My husband did it!

今日は、だんなさんがお弁当いらず。

私だけ必要でした。

で、自分だけとなると、作るのが嫌になってしまう。。

もういいかと思っていると、だんなさんが、作ってくれました。


ラッキー！


簡単なお弁当ですが、誰かに作ってもらうお弁当のおいしいこと、、、この上なし！

My husband made my lunch (Bento) today.

I felt very happy eating it!

This is the best Bento someone's given to me!

Recently,I am very busy because of my new job.

(Furthermore ,,I took a check-up test today..)

Whenever I am busy and I have a lot of tiresome job,

I'm always thinking about lunch ,dinner and what kind of alcohol I'll drink for that night.

あしたのパスタはアルデンテ

きのうのランチは、
魚介類のパスタに。

エビや、ムール貝、etc のパスタです。


夜には、「あしたのパスタはアルデンテ」という　イタリア映画のＤＶＤを鑑賞。

なんとなく、明るい映画かな、と何も思わずに借りてみたけど、

面白かったけど、

この邦題は、どうなんだ。。


時々、原題と異なる邦題で、とんでもないな！

というものがありますね。

どんな統計に基づいて、邦題ってつけるんだろうな～。

This was our yesterday lunch.

It was"Seafood Pasta". Of course,we drunk red wine!

By the way,

I don't like changing the movie title from the original to Japanese.

Japanese titles are so tired!

Sometimes they make me the wrong imagination of the movies.

Recently I guess the long titles are popular in Japan.

So they are changed to so wrong and misleading titles...

Why do I write about it?

That's why I watched this.

(You might not understand the title because it's Japanese.Sorry..)
